A. YES!!! Please enquire via the contact page to book in for your free taster. We aim to respond to you within 24 hours.

Q. I'm not very fit, can I still do The Body Barn?

A. YES!!! Body barn is aimed at people without much exercise experience. Perhaps the pictures on our gallery or our 'meet the barners' section may help paint a clearer picture that we cater for all age groups as well as all fitness levels.

Q. Can I still train with a past injury?

A. You should always consult a specialist before you start any challenging exercise plan. However we can scale or adapt our sessions to suit the individual.

Q. Can I join at any time?

A. Yes! The body barn runs on a monthly basis changing its programs every two weeks.

Q. Is there an age limit?

A. Members must be over sixteen. There is no upper age limit, but body barn provides intense exercise.
